Tabata is a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do 8 rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.
In this challenge we are going to use the traditional Tabata style but also mix things up to include Weighted Tabata and Tabata with a step to really maximise the results you will get from the week.
Expect, sweat, hard work and happy hormones flying around.
This challenge is perfect for those who are serious about burning fat, improving fitness and getting stronger in the shortest amount of time possible.
