What  Will The Challenge Do For You?

This 5 Day 30 Minute Booty Challenge will put your butt through its paces. Our glutes can sometimes be a little lazy, this challenge will show you how to wake them up so that they fire in all of the right exercises. It will help you to not only do exercises correctly, but to build a nice, peachy, pert booty.


You don't need any specialist equipment to do this challenge but you can make it more difficult by adding bands and weights.

How the challenge will work...

Each day at 5am a new workout will be posted for you to do in your own time. You will have 27 hours to complete each 30 minute workout before it is taken down at 8am the following morning.
