My 6-Week Postpartum Programme is thoughtfully designed to support recovery while rebuilding strength in a safe, progressive way. With three guided workouts each week - upper body, lower body, and deep core & pelvic floor, this programme helps you reconnect with your body, restore stability, and build confidence in movement after birth.
The programme is led by me, and I’m postpartum too. I’ll be completing the sessions alongside you, with baby Nico by my side. This creates a relaxed, understanding environment where you can show up as you are. Each class focuses on proper technique, postnatal-specific strength work, and long-term recovery, supporting both physical strength and confidence as you return to movement together.
