This 21 Day Bootcamp will leave you feeling amazing and confident in your swim wear this summer.
Focusing on different body parts daily, we will be using a combination of HIIT, Cardio and Resistance training to really lengthen, sculpt and shed fat.
You don't need any specialist equipment, each workout will be using bodyweight only.
Anyone and any fitness level can do these classes as I will be giving modifications for every exercise.
